Below we will try to answer some of your most commonly asked questions. To find out more, please get in contact with us.
How can I be sure that the quality of the dental care is good?
All of our dentists have undergone a rigorous dental training and are licensed as dentists with Socialstyrelsen (the National Board of Health and Welfare). Before giving a dentist probationary employment, he or she must work a two-week trial period at City Dental. During this trial period they have an experienced supervisor overseeing all of the treatments they administer; this even applies to dentists with many years of experience.
If the trial period goes well the dentist is offered a probationary employment contract. The probationary employment period is for six months. For the first three months of this the dentist cannot carry out any major operations, even if they have many years’ experience.
An internal group, consisting of six experienced dentists, meet frequently to review all treatments carried out at City Dental. This is done to ensure the best possible quality of our dental care at all times.
Do you have patient insurance?
